Call for Poster Submissions: Rules & Guidelines

 

  • Applicants: Master’s / PhD students from Luxembourg, France, Belgium and Germany
  • Topics of interest: Translational and clinical research
  • Submission Requirements: 250-word abstract (mandatory) + short biosketch – via email to jrmt@lih.lu
  • Template: DOWNLOAD LINK
  • Deadline: 30th September 2025
  • One abstract per presenting author
  • Poster size: not exceeding A0 format (841(W) × 1189(H) mm)
  • Agree to the following statements: (1) I have read, understand, and agree to the rules and guidelines; (2) I am submitting this abstract with the intent of attending the Conference and presenting; and (3) I confirm that each co-author has been informed of this abstract submission and has agreed to all information as it was submitted.
  • First authors are expected to attend the poster session and respond to questions from the audience. Authors who are not present during the poster session shall notify the Conference organisers in advance.
  • An individual may be the first author (i.e., presenting author) of only one abstract. If an abstract includes co-authors, the presenting author’s name should be the first name to appear in the author listing.
  • Publication of Abstracts: Abstracts selected will be available on the Conference Website. At this time, your abstract and all information will become a matter of public record and may be referenced by the Clinical Research Conference Conference, media relations staff, and others.
  • Please note that not all abstracts will be selected. Authors of accepted posters will receive confirmation via email.
